Refund policy
Can I return or exchange items?
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to the high volume of orders we receive, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges of any products purchased from our site at this time. All unauthorized returns will incur a 40% restock fee.
However, each case is handled individually. We may replace or refund products if:
- They arrive with physical container damage, bottle defects, or defects in the label or product appearance.
- You receive incorrect items.
To qualify for a replacement or refund:
- Notify us within 2 days of receipt of shipment.
- Provide clear photos of the damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
For incorrect items, we will provide a free return label via email. Once the unused, incorrect items are returned to us, we will send out the correct items or issue a refund. What if my item is damaged or defective?

Defective items require a claim to be filed with the manufacturer, as they are covered under the manufacturer's warranty.
How do I cancel my order?
Effective January 1, 2025:
- Once an order has been packed, it cannot be canceled.
- All Preorder items will only be refunded via store credit
